Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order before work has commenced.

If no work has been started, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Once our writing or design team has started working on your order, cancellation requests may no longer be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Eligibility

Eligible for Full Refund

A full refund may be issued if:

  • The order is cancelled before work has begun.
  • SmartHiringGulf.com is unable to deliver the purchased service.
  • We are unable to contact the customer for essential information after reasonable attempts and mutually agree to cancel the order.

Partial Refund

If work has already started but has not been substantially completed, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a partial refund after deducting charges for work already completed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:

  • The completed resume, CV, cover letter, or graphical CV has been delivered.
  • The customer changes their mind after work has commenced.
  • The customer provides incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information that affects delivery.
  • The customer does not respond to requests for information required to complete the service.
  • The customer is dissatisfied due to personal preference regarding writing style, wording, formatting, or design after the agreed revisions have been provided.
  • The customer does not obtain interviews or employment after using our services.

Free Revisions

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Each service includes reasonable revisions based on the original information supplied by the customer.

Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Revisions requested due to new qualifications, additional work experience, career changes, or new requirements beyond the original order may incur additional charges.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines begin once all required information and documents have been received from the customer.

If delivery is delayed due to incomplete information or delayed responses from the customer, the delivery schedule will automatically be extended.

Duplicate Orders

If duplicate payments are made due to technical errors, the duplicate payment will be fully refunded after verification.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

We are committed to resolving genuine concerns promptly and fairly.

Fraudulent chargebacks for services already delivered may be contested with supporting documentation, including order records, communication history, drafts, and delivery confirmations.
